It's simple: 5 moves, 5 minutes. One minute of each of the following. Repeat for a basic-but-effective circuits.

1. Planks

2. Squats

3. Lunges

4. Jumping jacks

5. Curtsy Lunges

Add weights if you want.

MOde Lifestyle

Make one half hour just for yourself. No interruptions!
