Stuck at your desk? We've all been there (that's why this post is brought to you by the scheduled post tool). If you're daydreaming of working out at work, you're in good company. So, how do you fit your fitness in around an insane work schedule? Here are three ideas.
1. Have at least one workout that isn't time or equipment dependent. Your fitness regimen needs to include a no-excuses option. Commit to a run or walk after work. Try yoga at home. Find something you can MOdivate yourself to do even if you're tired.
2. Find "spare" time. Late night at work? It might be easier to fit in something at lunch hour if you have morning meetings. Got to be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed first thing? Try shifting a morning workout to the evenings to get some shut-eye when you need it.
3. Break it up. Boring, but--20 minutes at a time really is better than nothing. It might not be the same relief as an hour to yourself, but you'll be glad you did it!
