So, our challenge to you for the month of August is to get out of your comfort zone and master the manual of your own body. Take a new kind of class, try a Reformer session, work with a trainer--you're worth the investment of time. And, don't be afraid not be the best in the room. Learning means practice, and practice means trial and error.
