A recent trial run with LEKfit's streaming Sculpt classes (more on that later) left us wondering if bigger movements and quicker tempos that come closer to mimicking dance classes or yoga rather than barre is the evolution of low-impact high-rep workout.
Body By Simone's latest workout is a totally ballet-driven series (teaser here). Pure Barre just introduced its own more dynamic class, Pure Empower (we're dying to try it, let us know if you have).
