As we get ready for Strong by Zumba, we've gotten on a kick of scouring the internet for creative moves to shake up training--er, bend our brains. You'll have to wait for Strong by Zumba to see their 108 moves and variations, but here are five other strength moves to make your muscles learn some new tricks.
